We had a flood in the basement at our hospital in the early hours of Saturday morning. The water had been suctioned out at 2am but it left a black residue and quite a lot of water. I called a number of local companies but the job was enormous. The whole footprint of the hospital – 10 large rooms in total plus 2 external rooms were filthy. The local companies offered to do it the following Tuesday, or they couldn’t get the staff quickly or they didn’t deal with concrete floors. Rosca is based in Leighton Buzzard and I really didn’t think they would travel to Hitchin. I called Laurence at around 11am, sent him the photos. He estimated the cost of the job and said he would get his team to me but 2pm THE SAME DAY! I was amazed. We are a hospital so it had to be cleaned and sanitised. The rooms included the boiler room (hot to work in), stock cupboards, pharmacy department and offices. All 5 of them worked solid until 9pm on the Saturday night and the Hospital Porter who stayed with them said that she didn’t once see them sit down or take a break. I really wish I could add more photos as I have the before and after too. Laurence was a fantastic and he laughed when I suggested they could come back on the Sunday “when we take on a job we will stay until it’s done”! To get a team together that quickly on a Saturday is impressive. The basement has never been this clean and I recommend Laurence and his team 100%!!

Rosca Professional Cleaning performed a full ‘end of tenancy’ type clean on our property when we sold our house. This included:
Vacuuming throughout, cleaning of all fixtures and fittings, windows sills, skirting boards, ledges, shelves, radiators, walls and ceiling spot cleaned, hard floors mopped, bathrooms deep cleaned, kitchen deep cleaned, oven cleaned, carpet steam cleaned.

All in all a first rate service, and we would certainly ask them again when a good clean is next required – but as such a good job was done that may not be for some time!

We were completely satisfied and happy with the work completed. We have used several cleaning companies over the past few years, with each of them letting us down at some point or not working to our expected standards. Rosca have been the only company to achieve exactly the result we were looking for and I will and have recommended their services to others including members of my own family.
This is the second time we have used ROSCA for an End of Tenancy Cleaning. Like the first time, the service and quality was outstanding. We had a 2000 ft2 flat and the team worked non-stop and cleaned it in about five hours. Although they had no responsibility for cleaning the outside of balcony door glass, when they saw the smears I left behind, they cleaned outside too so their work on the inside would look good. The inventory person had seen the flat on check in and remarked that it was in much better condition on check out.

They did a great job cleaning the place, the first time I came home it smelled like lemon-fresh and everything was cleaned nicely.
